CNC Bespoke Joinery Services

Darlow’s bespoke joinery team are now very proud to offer a versatile CNC service with our newly purchased state of the art HOMAG p210 5 axis CNC. Our machine can rotate on two additional axis, A and C alongside the basic machining axis of X, Y and Z, giving the cutting tool a multidirectional capability.

Darlow’s bespoke joinery CNC team can produce one off intricate designs or replicate designs on multiple runs. Our Homag 5 axis CNC can drill, profile, cut, engrave and shape a wide range of material from timber, MFC, MDF, Plywood and laminated board to solid surface materials such as Corian, plastic and acrylic to name a few.

Our CNC products can be manufactured to exact design specifications. We are happy to work with commercial and residential contractors, architects and private customers.

Our team are easily able to switch between both a pod and rail and nesting table bed configuration on the same machine, thanks to Homag’s demountable nesting table. This means our CNC team can machine small intricate workpieces as well as larger pieces and full-sized sheet material with sub millimeter precision.

With Homag’s own easy to use programming software, Woodwop®, our CNC team can work with you to plot your idea from dimensions you provide, after which they can then add the necessary machining steps. Alternatively, if you already have a 2D or 3D drawing we are able to import most files types directly into Woodwop® enabling the machining process to begin faster.

In line with our sustainability ethos the precision of our CNC machine facilitates a reduction in waste and assists in the minimising of material costs for a project.
